Groups

“If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” — African proverb

Groups are a great way to offer opportunities to heal, grow and learn with others who have gone through similar issues you are facing.

We offer trauma recovery groups, grief groups, support groups, and psycho-education groups around many different topics: for teens, parents, couples, individuals, leaders, business owners and organizations. These opportunities are seasonal and based on needs/requests.

If you are interested in being a part of a group in the future, please email us at [email protected] with the type of group you would like to be a part of.
